Service is provided to the best of our ability as available and is at the sole risk of the user or their organisation.
Specific technical support will only provided by email the response time will depend on the specific problem or query.
Cleansure Ltd uses hosting partners to provide essential hardware and software service solutions, you will agree that this is a necessary to for us to use these partners to supply this service.
Cleansure Ltd maintains all copyrights in the code, text, buttons, layouts, graphic images and logos contained in this website. No portion of this service may be reproduced, copied, republished, altered, or transmitted, uploaded, downloaded, or posted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Cleansure Ltd.
Users must agree not to duplicate, reproduce, copy sell or resell any part of the service, use of the service or access to the service without express permission of Cleansure Ltd.
We have no obligation to but can, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these terms & conditions.
Abuse of any sort determined by us however communicated including retribution or threats of abuse to any member of Cleansure Ltd customer, staff member, partner or associate will result in termination of account.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
This service must not be used in anyway for the sole intention or part assistance to send any spam or unsolicited messages, transmit any viruses, worms or any code that has a destructive intent or nature.

Should your bandwidth or storage exceeds average usage calculated by Cleansure Ltd and solely them or a Cleansure Ltd nominated partner, we reserve the right to disable your account from further use until bandwidth or storage has been reduced.
We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, or the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error free, timely, or the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, or warrant the quality of any service including products, information, material obtained by you for you or as a representative for an organization will meet your expectations, or any errors in the service will be corrected, or remunerate in any way for any loss of service, or any combination as described in this paragraph.

It is agreed by you expressly that Cleansure Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs, data on your equipment, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service, the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or any other matter relating to the service or any combination as described in this paragraph.

The failure of Cleansure Ltd to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The terms of service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Cleansure Ltd and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Cleansure Ltd (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the terms and conditions). Account Terms

Users of this service must be 16 years old or older. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process. One person may only use your login – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Cleansure Ltd cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account). You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction including but not limited to copyright laws.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
Direct debit payment (processed by a third party) or a valid credit/debit card is required for paying accounts.

If you sign up for a paid account, and you don’t cancel that account within 30 days, you will be billed monthly starting on the 30th day after your account was initially created.
The service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
Fees charged are maybe exclusive of tax or duties and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes and duties.
Downgrading your service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. Cleansure Ltd does not accept any liability for such loss.

Termination / Cancellation

All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled. cvc files of your data can be emailed to you on request.
If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
Cleansure Ltd, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service, or any other Cleansure Ltd service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account. Cleansure Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Modifications to the service and prices
Cleansure Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Prices of all services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.
Cleansure Ltd shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Content ownership, copyright & trademarks
Content posted must comply with copyright law of Europe
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. Materials uploaded remain yours.
Cleansure Ltd does not review content, but Cleansure Ltd has the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the service.
