  • The forward search facility allows categories for single bespoke jobs and routine recurring jobs.

Works Ordersworks-orders

  • Schedule long or short term contracts with ease using Cleansure’s Works Orders. The information is automatically copied into the Scheduler, allowing the speedy viewing of available future capacity.
    • Input a customer job once and schedule as recurring or a one-off
    • Include products supplied, labour and machinery costs, dedicated Invoice number and any necessary notes
    • Fully searchable
    • Shows 30 most recent Works Orders by default


  • Be able to manage stock levels with up-to-the-minute data, including add/change/delete products and quantities, and the ability to show order history.
  • Use quick filtering to view products by each supplier to search faster and update in real time.


  • When corresponding with customers it is critical to be able to search, view and send copies of relevant Trade Certificates, Insurance Policies and other Legal Documents applying to an individual site or customer. Keeping these secure is imperative, hence the need for a centralised dedicated
